The philosophy behind Bent Bar is simple: We are one team of individuals sharing the same passion: powerlifting. Whether at the gym, on the platform, or just hanging out, we all support each other. 

Sharing that same passion allows us to help each other grow as competitors and teammates. Supporting those on the platform is the best form of team support we can provide. We are all either USAPL athletes, referees, or coaches.
