Rookie Ruckus 4 will be a 1-day competition.

We will be live-streaming this event so friends and family can watch you lift, even though they might not be able to get there. 

American records can be set

Women (kg): 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+

Men (kg): 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+

Youth Male (kg): 30, 35, 40, 44, 48

Youth Female (kg): 30, 35, 40

    • AM Session

      • Door open, registration, equipment check, and rack heights - 6:30 AM

      • Weigh-ins - 7:00 AM

      • Competition lifting - 9:00 AM

      • Awards ceremony - end of lifting

    • PM Session 

      • Registration, equipment check, and rack heights - 11:30 AM

      • Weigh-ins - 12:00 PM

      • Competition lifting - 2:00 PM

      • Awards ceremony - end of lifting

FLIGHT ASSIGMENTS

Be aware that if you're a guest lifter you might not be lifting with your weight class. We tried to accommodate as many as we could but flights would have been very lopsided. Please check the roster to see which day, session, and flight you compete in.

SPECTATOR / COACH ENTRY

Spectators, coaches, and handlers $10 per day (12 and under are FREE)
