COMPETITION INFORMATION
Bent Bar Invitational will be a 1-day competition.
We will be live-streaming this event so friends and family can watch you lift, even though they might not be able to get there.
This competition is an invite-only competition featuring the state champions from the Northeast Region states and Northeast Regionals champions, all in the Raw Open division.
Winners will be invited from the 2026 USAPL Northeast Regionals and also their respective Northeast Region State Championships, starting 1/1/2026 until 12/31/2026.
Those states are as follows: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
USA Powerlifting weight classes
Women (kg): 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+
Men (kg): 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+
