Registration opens on December 1, 2025, @ 5 PM EST

Registration for NY residents only will run 12/1-31st

Any non-NY lifter who wants to compete can fill out our waitlist form, and once the NY-only time period expires, we will start allowing those athletes to register. This will only be available if the competition isn't sold out.

Any non-NY resident will compete as a guest lifter and will not be able to podium. Your QT will be good for any event, including Raw Nationals.

Registration for New York StateS will be handled by the USAPL Registration Portal. If you do not have an account for that website, we encourage you to create one prior to registration opening.

New York States will be a 3-day competition.

We will be live-streaming this event so friends and family can watch you lift, even though they might not be able to get there.
