Northeast Regionals will be a 2-day competition.

We will be live-streaming this event so friends and family can watch you lift even though they might not be able to get there.

American records can be set

All qualifying totals need to be set between Jan 1, 2024, and the registration deadline of September 19, 2025.

FLIGHT ASSIGNMENTS

Be aware that if you're a guest lifter you might not be lifting with your weight class. We tried to accommodate as many as we could but flights would have been very lopsided. Please check the roster to see which day, session, and flight you compete in.

SPECTATOR & COACH ENTRY

Spectators will be allowed into the vendor and competition room starting at TBD on October 18-19th.

To be allowed inside the warm-up room as a coach or a handler you need to be a current USA Powerlifting member. Lifters will be allowed 1 person to assist them, This is to keep the warm-up room from being overpopulated with extra bodies. Anyone not credentialed to be in the warm-up room will be asked to leave and go to the spectator section. There will be security at the entry point and monitors inside the warm-up room checking for correct wristbands.
