SPECTATOR & COACH ENTRY
Spectators will be allowed into the vendor and competition room starting at TBD on November 8th & 9th.
Lifters will be allowed 1 person to assist them, This is to keep the warm-up room from being overpopulated with extra bodies. Anyone not credentialed to be in the warm-up room will be asked to leave and go to the spectator section. There will be security at the entry point and monitors inside the warm-up room checking for correct wristbands.

​PARKING
On-street parking is available around the venue for free during the weekend. There is an attached parking garage to the Albany Capital Center that has a capacity of 100 cars, and parking is $12 a day. ​​
