COMPETITION INFORMATION

This will be a 1-day competition.

We will be live-streaming this event so friends and family can watch you lift, even though they might not be able to get there.

Collegiate American records can be set

Divisions:

Divisions for this event will only be MR-C, M-C, FR-C, and F-C. There are no age divisions for this competition.

Eligibility:

Be a college student of any age with a valid college ID (required to be shown during registration). For Collegiate American Records, you need to be under the age of 27 and registered as a full-time student. Our collegiate committee will ask for your transcripts before approving the AR after the results have been posted.

- Session 1
  - Door open, registration, equipment check, and rack heights - 6:30 AM
    - Weigh-ins - 7:00 AM
    - Competition lifting - 9:00 AM
    - Awards ceremony - end of lifting

FLIGHT ASSIGNMENTS

Flight assignments are considered temporary until the official schedule comes out.

- Flight A
  - Males - 60 & 67.5kg
  - Female - 48-75kg
- Flight B
  - Male - 75 & 82.5kg
  - Female - 82.5 & 90-kg
- Flight C
  - Male - 90kg & Up
  - Female - 100kg & Up

Hello Competitors,

My name is Kevin Drury, and I will be the photographer at the USA Powerlifting 2025 Ivy League Cup on 11/8/25. I myself am a competitive powerlifter and know that meet days are a reflection of the tireless effort you have put in to achieve your goals. As the meet photographer, my job is to capture the moments that matter to each competitor, whether it be the first competition back after a break or going for a new PR. Part of my process involves working with each of you individually to get the shots that matter to you. Photo packages for those competing will be $70 and will include at least 20+ high-resolution, professionally edited photos showcasing some of your strongest moments on the platform. Static video packages will be $70 and will include horizontal 4K clips of each of your 9 attempts. The horizontal clips will allow for cropping into a vertical HD format, should you wish to do that yourself. There is also a combined photo + static video package for $120. Media packages will be delivered digitally via email to you within two weeks time. Upon receipt, you are the owner of the digital copies, and they are yours to use. Need a new profile pic? How about some photos for the gram? A photo of you hitting a PR would be a great addition to any home decor (significant others’ approval not guaranteed). IVY LEAGUE CUP - ENTRY COSTS

Spectator - $20
Coach/Handler - $20 per session

SPECTATOR & COACH ENTRY

Spectators will be allowed into the competition venue 1 hour prior to start time in the AM. They can stay all day to watch the competition. Coaches will be asked to leave the warm-up room and competition room and will be allowed into the warm-up room with proper credentials for the second session.

PARKING

On-street parking is available around the venue for free during the weekend. There is an attached parking garage to the Albany Capital Center that has a capacity of 100 cars and parking is $12 a day.
